What is Aspirations in Computing
Aspirations in Computing is a talent development initiative by NCWIT, aimed at increasing participation in computing and technology careers. The program provides encouragement, visibility, professional development, leadership opportunities, scholarships, and internships to students with strong technical potential.
Have you participated in YWiC, or other computer science related, summer camp? Have you worked on any tech related projects? If you have any interest in tech--whether you code, design websites, build robots, or use technology to solve cool problems, apply for Aspirations in Computing!
This isn't just for "coding experts." There are award levels for students with any level of tech experience, and you can apply each year you are in high school. Not only is this a great resume booster for college, but this opportunity also connects you to a huge network of 30,000+ peers and mentors who want to see you succeed in tech.
